Payment

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal in US Dollars. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely through our payment processor, Squarespace.

Shipping

We ship our products to Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and Oceania via courier service. Due to the nature of our handmade and made-to-order products, delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for our handmade and made-to-order products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at mmg.forge@gmail.com within 10 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

Warranty

Our hand-forged knives and professional machinery are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care or maintenance.

Liability

Our liability to you for any reason related to our products or website is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
